My TTC & Miscarriage Story

I had my daughter when I was 23 with my then boyfriend. My pregnancy was unexpected, and conception was no problem. In my 7th month of pregnancy I got eclampsia (hypertension) and was induced at 8 months pregnant. I then started TTC after 6 months with no luck.

Seven years later, no pregnancy and very irregular menses. I was diagnosed with PCOS and was put on metformin and Clomid. With 6 cycles and no response to the medications, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Continuing with metformin and excerise, I lost 15 lbs and got pregnant exactly 1 year after starting metformin. Seven weeks into the pregnancy, I found out the baby stopped developing at 5 weeks. My miscarriage at 5 weeks was natural, which was 4 weeks ago.

I started TTC right after the bleeding stopped, and I'm hoping to get a BFP soon.
