I have been checking my mucus, but I seem to be dry or have wet, thick mucus. What can I do?

Improving Cervical Mucus NEW
by: Sally

In order to improve your cervical mucus, there are quite a few things you can do. I go over this in more detail on the "Cervical Mucus" page here.

1) Drink more water, especially around ovulation time. Water will help thin your cervical mucus and give the sperm a better chance of reaching their destination.

2) Cut down on caffeine, which can dehydrate you and cause your CM to be thicker.

3) Use a fertility supplement containing Vitex, which is an excellent ovulation helper.
