I would like to find out if my husband is using medication for his spastic colon if it could have any affect on us trying to conceive.

It's possible that your husband's medication could hinder your conception.

I would ask your doctor and possibly get your husband's sperm count checked if you haven't already to see if that could be an issue for you.
