I actually don't have any idea when I am fertile or not. But I definitely have a maximum of 10 days menstruation period and minimum of 5 days.
Please help me.

Ovulation
by: Sally

The length of your menstrual cycle (of the time you actually bleed) does not necessarily affect when you ovulate. You need to use at least one ovulation prediction method in order to know when you're ovulating. I used OPK's (ovulation predictor kits - test strips), cervical mucus observation, and BBT charting. I go over these 3 methods in detail on my "Determining Ovulation Date" page here

It usually takes a few months to get a good idea of when you ovulate and whether you ovulate at about the same time each month. This will greatly help you get pregnant more quickly.

Hope that helps!
