Cramping In Early Pregnancy

Hi, I have some cramping in my left side, and I keep going to the loo. I went to my doctor, and she ruled out a kidney infection. She took a pregnancy test, and it was negative. She said its too early to tell if I'm pregnant. The pain goes into my hip, and it burns in my hip. Do you know of anyone that had these symptoms and was pregnant?

I haven't heard of these symptoms, but anything can be possible. You likely know by now if you're pregnant or not. Please share!
