I have O-positive blood my husband has A type blood. Could this effect my chances of getting pregant? Could it effect the baby's health?

Differing blood types in the parents can cause certain types of birth defects, including blood type O in the mother and type A in the father.

I would check with your doctor to get detailed risks for your particular case before proceeding with trying to conceive.

I don't believe differing blood types can cause infertility, but I would recommend getting all the information for your situation before deciding to get pregnant.
